Each session is adapted to the level and energy of the group. I watch each participant, and adjust and correct individuals and the group. We work on our Pilates mat repertoire including exercises to deepen and facilitate practice. We can also use Pilates accessories: rollers, magic circles, Therabands, hand weights and yoga bricks to accompany us in our exploration.
All the accessories as well as the mat are provided in the studio. You just have to come in your workout clothes or you can also change in the changing area. Accessories and rugs are carefully cleaned at the end of each class. The practice of Pilates does not require wearing workout shoes.
