
Pendant les périodes de confinement et couvre-feu, Emily propose des cours en ligne en direct via Google Meet, jusqu’à 10 participants. Une bonne façon de continuer une activité physique à la maison, de n’importe où en France !

1 participant.
Ce format est adapté à la personne qui souhaite un suivi particulier quelqu’en soit la raison : se remettre en forme après une blessure, se défier pour faire du Pilates avancé, etc. Le programme du jour est établit en fonction des besoins et envies du participant et de la créativité d’Emily.

2 participants.
Two people of similar skill level get together for the fun of advancing in Pilates. Just like private lessons, the lessons are completely adapted according to the needs and desires of the participants and Emily’s creativity.

2 to 4 participants.
We use Springboards, Chairs and/or Fit balls for training adapted to everyone's needs, levels and energy. This small group format enables everyone to enjoy using the equipment without committing to the cost of a private lesson as well as receiving more individualized instruction.

2 to 4 participants.
Non-mobile babies are welcome, hey can spend class on a mat next you! This small group allows me to adapt the exercises to fit the needs each post-partum mother. It is possible to take this course in parallel with your pelvic floor rehab. We do not do any exercises that could compromise a fragile pelvic floor. This class focuses on breathing, relaxing, stretching and reconnecting with the abdominal muscles. The goal is to help each woman make the transition from her post-natal body to her new stronger body in order to then continue in “regular” Pilates classes.

2 to 4 participants.
This small group format allows me to pay special attention to each participant and the stage of her pregnancy. We use Springboards, Chairs and/or Fit Balls for classes that are tailor-made to meet each woman’s needs and energy level. Particular attention is paid to improving the breathing practice in anticipation of childbirth. You will also get comfortable using the Fit Balls in order to use them in labor. A focus on how to stretch in order to avoid typical aches and pains of pregnancy and in view of caring for a new baby is part of the class.

2 to 8 participants.
Each session is adapted to the level and energy of the group. I watch each participant, and adjust and correct individuals and the group. We work on our Pilates mat repertoire including exercises to deepen and facilitate practice. We can also use Pilates accessories: rollers, magic circles, Therabands, hand weights and yoga bricks to accompany us in our exploration.
