Many participants have decided to continue and make the routine part of their daily lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because many of my clients ask for Pilates routines that they can do if they can\u2019t come to class or are away on vacation, I\u2019ve been suggesting a routine of 10 key exercises known as the Basic 10.
