{"id":2149,"date":"2016-07-27T14:31:35","date_gmt":"2016-07-27T12:31:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pilatesdelateteauxpieds.com\/?p=2149"},"modified":"2021-07-07T15:45:20","modified_gmt":"2021-07-07T13:45:20","slug":"le-challenge-pilates-de-lete-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pilatesdelateteauxpieds.com\/en\/le-challenge-pilates-de-lete-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Summer 2016 Pilates Challenge"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The 4 movements of the spine<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This summer I\u2019ve put together my 3rd Annual Summer Pilates Challenge, I think we can now say it has officially become a tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e8me de cette ann\u00e9e est&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;les 4 mouvements de la colonne vert\u00e9brale&#8221;&nbsp;<\/strong>: flexion, extension, courbe lat\u00e9rale et torsion\/twist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first portion of this Challenge there is a series of \u201ccats\u201d that serve as a warm-up and also a moment to observe your body, your spine in particular. This part is completely adapted for beginners, pregnant women and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second more \u201cchallenging\u201d and more \u201cclassical\u201d portion includes a concentration on abdominal work with a continued observation of the positioning of the spine. The sidekicks are included to help improve rotation and mobility in the hip joint (also appropriate for beginners and pregnant women).
