Au mois de juillet, chaque jour, nous avons fait une routine de 10 exercices cl\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode Pilates. Ces 10 exercices formant un ensemble complet, \u00e9taient parfaits pour un entra\u00eenement quotidien, \u00e0 faire en une dizaine de minutes.<br>Tout le monde a demand\u00e9 : &#8220;Encore ! Encore ! &#8221; Cette ann\u00e9e, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau r\u00e9pertoire comprenant plus de torsions de la colonne, de l&#8217;extension et des exercices cibl\u00e9es pour les bras. &#8220;Le Challenge Pilates de l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 2015&#8221; est un d\u00e9fi encore plus grand que celui de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Le but est de faire la s\u00e9rie chaque jour au mois de juillet, puis de continuer pendant vos vacances et donc de le faire o\u00f9 que vous soyez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does it work?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To facilitate your participation, I have put together descriptions of each of the exercises accompanied by photos that show how to do the movements properly. I developed this project for those who already are practicing Pilates and familiar with the exercises rather than those who want to get started. Feel free, also to use last year's Basic Ten guide (available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pilatesdelateteauxpieds.com\/en\/les-exercices-du-basic-10-pilates\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2185\" target=\"_self\">here<\/a>) for a more beginner\/intermediate repertoire. After the descriptions and photos, you will find a Log to note where and when you did your Challenge routine each day, followed by a space for comments about your workout.
