A Pilates workout means moving the spine in every possible direction making it the perfect method to counteract the negative effects of required daily activities. Pilates is a remedy to heal the aches and pains created from the physical demands of daily life.<\/p>\n<p>Emily teaches the classical Pilates method in a way that makes it beneficial to everyone and anyone. Pilates can help relieve simple daily aches and pains of the working professional, help pre natal and post-partum women prepare for child birth or re-gain strength after pregnancy.
