Nous d\u00e9marrons avec des pr\u00e9parations pour le dos et les bras : le chat paresseux et le chat actif, puis pour les poignets. Ensuite nous faisons trois courbes lat\u00e9rales progressivement par niveau. Je vous propose aussi une variation sur les avants bras si vous avez des soucis de poignets.
