La professeur veille sur chacun, m\u00eame en groupe et ajuste et corrige les individus et le collectif. Nous travaillons notre enchainement de Pilates sur tapis. Nous pouvons utiliser aussi les accessoires de Pilates : rouleaux, cercles magiques, \u00e9lastique et brique de yoga pour nous accompagner dans notre exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les accessoires ainsi que le tapis sont fournis pendant le cours. Vous n&#8217;avez qu&#8217;\u00e0 venir en tenu directement ou vous pouvez \u00e9galement vous changer sur place. Les accessoires et tapis sont soigneusement nettoy\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque fin de cours.
